Your contracts renew themselves. We don't let them.
Every vendor agreement has a deadline for cancelling it. Miss that date and it rolls over for another year, usually at a higher price. We track every one of those deadlines for you and tell you before each one closes.
Send up to ten contracts. Get a one-page map of every renewal date back within three working days. No charge, no call required.
The window closes long before the renewal date
Nobody misses these deadlines through carelessness. They are buried in clause 12 of an agreement signed three years ago by someone who has since left, and there is no reminder, because the vendor has no reason to send one.
Three things, repeatedly, so you don't have to
Read every contract
You send us your vendor agreements once. We extract the renewal date, the notice period, the price escalator and the termination terms from each — and quote the exact clause, with its page number, so you can check our work.
Track every deadline
Each cancellation deadline goes onto a monitored calendar. You get a copy. Nothing depends on anyone remembering anything.
Warn you in time to act
Well before each deadline you get one email: which vendor, which date, what it costs if you do nothing, and a cancellation letter already drafted and ready to forward.
Businesses with more contracts than time
Clinics and practices
Equipment leases, practice software, waste collection, linen, alarm monitoring. Signed by different people, in different years, on different terms.
Restaurants and multi-site retail
Linen, pest control, waste, music licensing, card terminals. Per site, multiplying quietly.
Property and facilities managers
Cleaning, lifts, landscaping, fire inspection, security — repeated across every building you hold.
Schools, agencies and trading firms
Software seats, insurance, maintenance and service agreements nobody has counted since the year they were signed.
The common thread is not size. It is that somebody capable is already responsible for all of these agreements, on top of a full-time job, with no system and no reminder.

The free renewal audit
Send up to ten vendor agreements. Within three working days you get back a one-page Window Map: every renewal date, every cancellation deadline, every price escalator, ranked by how much money is at stake — with each date traced to the clause it came from.
No obligation and no call. If nothing is at risk, we will say so plainly and leave you alone. If something is, you will know the date and the amount — and you can act on it yourself without paying us a thing.
Before you send us anything
Who is behind this?
One person, working directly with every client — which means you always deal with whoever actually read your contracts, and nothing gets lost between account managers.
What happens to our contracts?
They are stored in a folder used only for your business, and never shared with anyone. We will sign a mutual NDA before you send anything — just ask, or say so in the form above.
You can ask us to delete everything at any time, and we will confirm in writing when it is done.
What if you get a date wrong?
Every date we give you is checked by hand against the source document, and every alert quotes the clause it came from with its page number — specifically so you can verify it rather than take our word for it.
If we ever do get one wrong, you will hear it from us immediately, in writing, with the correction. We would rather tell you than have you discover it.
Is this legal advice?
No, and we are careful about the line. We report dates and quote clauses. We do not advise on whether a clause is enforceable, we do not negotiate on your behalf, and anything genuinely contested should go to your lawyer.
What if we have no idea where our contracts are?
That is the normal starting position, and it is part of the job. Send whatever you can find. One useful question that usually turns up several more: who else in the business has ever signed a vendor agreement?
Can we just do this ourselves?
Yes, honestly. It is a spreadsheet and a calendar. The reason people pay for it is that it takes an afternoon to set up, a discipline to maintain, and it only pays off on the one day a year somebody has to remember. That is a bad fit for a busy person and a good fit for a service.
